  "message": "arm: fix testsuite fallout on arm-elf and arm-nto from FPA removal\n\nRemoving FPA means that in some cases we default to \u0027no-fpu\u0027 in the\nassembler when previously we would have picked FPA-format floating\nnumbers.  This patch fixes the testsuite fallout on a couple of\ntargets that are affected by this change.  Where possible we do this\nby adding an option to set the floating-point format, but for bad-bss\nwe just skip the test.\n",
