  "message": "Set _WIN32_WINNT in common.m4 configure check\n\nGCC recently added support for the Windows thread model, enabling\nlibstdc++ to support Windows natively.  However, this supporrt\nrequires a version of Windows later than the minimum version that is\nsupported by GDB.\n\nPR build/29966 points out that the GDB configure test for std::thread\ndoes not work in this situation, because _WIN32_WINNT is not defined\nin test program, and so \u003cthread\u003e seems to be fine.\n\nThis patch is an attempt to fix the problem, by using the same setting\nfor _WIN32_WINNT at configure time as is used at build time.\n\nI don\u0027t have access to one of the older systems so I don\u0027t think I can\ntruly test this.
