  "message": "Simplify typename_concat\n\nThis patch simplifies typename_concat, changing the return type and\nremoving the obstack allocation code.  The latter is possible because\nthe only caller using this mode uses the name when creating a new\ntype, and \u0027new_type\u0027 copies the string to the appropriate obstack\nanyway.
