Fix use of 'printf' in gdbtypes.c

An earlier patch of mine, commit 64b7cc50 ("Remove
gdb_print_host_address") inadvertently changed a function in
gdbtypes.c to use printf rather than printf_filtered.  This patch
fixes the problem.
