ld: testsuite: Enable ld-sparc tests on Solaris

The ld-sparc tests aren't currently run on Solaris to avoid PR
binutils/27666.  This has been fixed, so they can be enabled there, too.

Tested no sparc{v9,}-sun-solaris2.11 and sparc{64,}-unknown-linux-gnu.
