[gdb/syscalls] Update to linux v6.11

Regenerate some gdb/syscalls/*.xml.in files using
gdb/syscalls/update-linux-from-src.sh and linux v6.11 sources.

Regenerate the corresponding gdb/syscalls/*.xml using make.

Tested on aarch64-linux.
