gdbtypes.c: Add the case for FIELD_LOC_KIND_DWARF_BLOCK

The case for FIELD_LOC_KIND_DWARF_BLOCK was missing for
switch TYPE_FIELD_LOC_KIND. Thas caused an internal-error
under some circumstances.

Fixes bug 28030.
