  "message": "rescoff: ensure file is PE\n\nread_coff_rsrc makes one check on object file contents, the existence\nof a .rsrc section.  It doesn\u0027t check that the file is PE but blindly\naccesses bfd pe_data.  Fix that by adding the necessary checks.\nAlso, the \"resources nest too deep\" error isn\u0027t an overrun, ie. the\n\"address out of bounds\" message isn\u0027t correct.  Fix that too.\n",
