[gdb/testsuite] Use -g3 in gdb.base/lineinc.exp

The stated intention of test-case gdb.base/lineinc.exp is:
...
 # Test macro handling of #included files.
...

However, the test-case does not produce any macro debug information.

Fix this by adding macros in the compilation flags.

Tested on x86_64-linux.
