gdb: syscalls: Update .xml files for some archs

Make use of the command "make" to regenerate .xml files from .xml.in files.

Like this:

  $ git clone https://sourceware.org/git/binutils-gdb.git gdb.git
  $ cd gdb.git/gdb/syscalls/
  $ make
