libsframe: testsuite: fix build failure

Previous commit 4651bea1193 to fix PR ld/32789 missed making the
necessary changes to the libsframe testsuite.

	* libsframe.encode/encode-1.c: Add additional arg for sorting
	FDEs.  Set to true.
	* libsframe.find/findfre-1.c: Likewise.

	* libsframe.find/plt-findfre-2.c: Likewise.
