When they\u0027re not replaced due\nto user request, simply keeping them may not always be correct (we don\u0027t\nknow what such a flag means, after all), but is certainly at least\ncloser to having the output object still represent what the input object\nhad.\n\nThis introduces new binutils/ testsuite failures, but only for two\ntargets where most of the tests there fail anyway (amdgcn-elf and\nnfp-elf), due to there not being an assembler available.\n",
