Stop the linker from complaining about unrecognised DW_FORM-rnglistx and DW_FORM_loclistx format attributes.

	PR 29424
	* dwarf2.c (read_attribute_value): Handle DW_FORM_rnglistx and
	DW_FORM_loclistx.
