  "message": "RISC-V: Wider conflicts with the XTheadVector extension\n\nT-Head/XuanTie\u0027s \"XTheadVector\" is based on a draft version of the now\nstandard vector extensions and it conflicts with not just the \"V\"\nextension but all of its subsets.\n\nThis commit makes \"XTheadVector\" conflict with the \"Zve32x\" extension,\nwhich is the smallest subset of the standard vector extensions.
