[gdb/testsuite] Fix gdb.dwarf2/dw2-zero-range.exp for remote-gdbserver-on-localhost

Fix test-case gdb.dwarf2/dw2-zero-range.exp for target board
remote-gdbserver-on-localhost using gdb_load_shlib.

Tested on x86_64-linux.
