  "message": "Add windres to TOOL_PROGS\n\nI sent a patch to GCC adding support for passing .rc and .res files to the\ndriver directly, allowing support for doing things like:\n\ngcc file.c file.rc -o file.exe\n\nHowever, binutils doesn\u0027t install windres into the tooldir, so by default, gcc\nwill be unable to find windres.
