ld: replace wrong bfd_malloc in nto.em

xmalloc should be called in ld instead of bfd_malloc.

ld/ChangeLog:

	* emultempl/nto.em (nto_lookup_QNX_note_section): Replace
	bfd_malloc by xmalloc.
