ld x86_64 tests: Accept x86-64-v3 as a needed ISA

  * testsuite/ld-x86-64/property-3.r: Update regexp to allow for targets which support x86-64-v3.
  * testsuite/ld-x86-64/property-4.r: Likewise.
  * testsuite/ld-x86-64/property-5.r: Likewise.
