By\ndefault, \"expected\" exceptions are not logged, but the parameter lets\nthe user change this when more logging is desired.\n\nThis also changes a couple of spots to avoid logging the stack trace\nfor a DAPException.\n\nThis patch also documents the existing DAP logging parameter.
