gdb: have mi_out_new return std::unique_ptr Have the mi_out_new function return a std::unique_ptr instead of a raw pointer. Update the two uses of mi_out_new. There should be no user visible changes after this commit. Approved-By: Tom Tromey <tom@tromey.com>
