As requested\nduring review already, introduce a new encoding enumerator to record use\nof eGPR-s, and update state transitions accordingly.\n\nThe optimize_encoding() change also addresses an internal assembler\nerror that was previously raised when respective memory operands used\neGPR-s for addressing.\n\nWhile this results in a change of diagnostic issued for VEX-encoded\ninsns, the new one is at least no worse than the prior one.\n",
