[gdb/syscalls] Sync with strace v6.12

I ran gdb/syscalls/update-linux-defaults.sh with strace sources v6.12, and got
one difference in gdb/syscalls/linux-defaults.xml.in:
...
+  <syscall name="mseal" groups="memory"/>
...

Rerun make to propagate this change to the xml files.
