[gdb/contrib] Handle double quotes in spellcheck.sh

Add handling of double quotes in gdb/contrib/spellcheck.sh, and fix the
following typos:
...
inheritence -> inheritance
psuedo -> pseudo
succeded -> succeeded
...

Tested on x86_64-linux.
