  "message": "gdb/copyright.py: run autoconf\n\nThe last new year procedure missed running autoreconf in gnulib/ and\nsim/ to update the Makefile.in files (following the updates of the\ncorresponding Makefile.am files).  I propose to make the script run\n`autoreconf -v` to ensure we don\u0027t miss those anymore.
