gdb/record: Support csrrci instruction in risc-v During testing csr instructions in risc-v, it occurs that instruction csrrci is unsupported for recording process and there is such warning: 'warning: Currently this instruction with len 4(100174f3) is unsupported', so recording failed. This patch fixes this error.
