the list.
(dfs_walk): Don't require a qfn.
* cp-tree.h: Lose CLASSTYPE_CONVERSIONS hackery.
* class.c (finish_struct_bits): Lose CLASSTYPE_CONVERSIONS hackery.
(grow_method): A separate function for building onto the growing
method vector.
