divide result; make decision if to adjust upwards based on comparison
of higher parts of normalized values.
(udivdi): Likewise. Undo normalization of result for large divisor
case.

(output_stack_adjust): Add parameter emit_fn. All callers changed.
(push): Now returns rtx. Use frame_insn.

of a DF register.
