  "message": "Prepare for next stable release.\n* libltdl/Makefile.inc (LTDL_VERSION_INFO): Update.\n* libltdl/m4/libtool.m4: Bump serial number to account for\nchanges since 2.2.4 release.\n* INSTALL, config/config.guess, config/texinfo.tex: Updated\nfrom canonical source.\n* configure.ac (AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE): Specify dist-lzma, which\nwas introduced after automake-1.10 was released.\n(abs_top_srcdir, abs_top_builddir): No need to substitute these\nfrom configure anymore, since we require automake 1.10.1, which\ndoes perform the substitutions properly.\n(TIMESTAMP): Normal releases were displaying the long-form\ntimestamp.  Fix to show the short release timestamp as per\nalpha release numbers.\n* NEWS: Update with missing entries from ChangeLog.\n* HACKING (Release Procedure): We release lzma tarballs now\nbut no xdeltas.\n* Makefile.maint: Updated to match Release Procedure\ninstructions in HACKING.\n\nSigned-off-by: Gary V.
