docs: Use @kbd correctly in ignored sections

Even when @kbd{} is not going to be rendered, it is worth spelling it
without a bogus space.
* doc/m4.texi (Improved foreach, Improved copy): Fix spacing.
* checks/get-them: Tighten regex for kbd lines.
