* js/info.css: Set "margin: 0px" on all <body> elements, not
just those with a special class set ("in-iframe").  This prevents
the text moving to the left shortly after a node is loaded, when
the margin was changed when the class was added in info.js.  Remove
all use of .in-iframe class.
