C plaintext converter: initial style map implementation

* tta/C/convert/convert_to_plaintext.c
(struct style_map): Add type.
(style_map): Add array.
(plaintext_format_setup): Sort style_map array, and set PF_style_map
command for commands listed therein.
(convert_to_plaintext): Check PF_style_map and retrieve style map data.
