* tta/perl/Texinfo/Convert/LaTeX.pm (_latex_header): call
 _push_new_context and call _convert for settitle_tree conversion,
 instead of calling convert_tree without context.

 * tta/perl/Texinfo/Convert/LaTeX.pm (convert_tree): report no
 formatting_context in convert_tree as a bug.
