Numerous changes for plaintext/Info C comparing with tests

* tta/C/convert/convert_to_info.c (info_format_node): go through
directions even if node_relations->node_directions is not set, to set
Up to (dir) even if there are no other directions.

* tta/C/convert/convert_to_plaintext.c (plaintext_format_setup): fix
BLOCK_format_raw being mistaken as BLOCK_raw in condition.

Numerous other small fixes.
