AArch64: Fix SME builtins macro cleanups

The macros introduced in the .def file should all be undef at
the end to prevent overlap with the next .def file being included.

The DEF_SME_FUNCTION_GS macro was missing an undef.

gcc/ChangeLog:

	* config/aarch64/aarch64-sve-builtins-sme.def (DEF_SME_FUNCTION_GS): Undef
	at end.
