gccrs: Simplify crate number lookup

Uses the hir mapping getter instead of directly using the set.

gcc/rust/ChangeLog:

	* util/rust-hir-map.cc (Mappings::get_ast_crate_by_node_id_raw): Use
	appropriate getter.
