libphobos: enable for more hppa tuples

Gentoo uses hppa1.1*-*-linux* and hppa2.0*-*-linux* instead of Debian's
hppa-*-linux*.

libphobos/ChangeLog:

	* configure.tgt: Add hppa[12]*-*-linux* as a supported target.
